Naruto Ripped Off Cowboy Bebop- not really

There have been many comments about Naruto ripping off Cowboy Bebop. The animation scene that you see here is the same but not because it is being "ripped off". Many of the Naruto episodes are financed by Gainax including this one. They also did the animation and direction for many movies including Cowboy Bebop. The key artist for the train scene in Cowboy Bebop is Toshiyuki Tsuru he also works on Naruto. Most Anime artists do shows like Naruto to have a little fun and take a break from the seriousness of their more detailed shows/movies. They also sneek in a little homage to their "real" work every now and then. I have fun trying to spot them! You can not compare the quality of work in Cowboy to Naruto but you are not supposed to. Remember some things in life are made to just be fun.
